Nancy Pearl kept her book talks short and gave a brief summary.
#1 I heard that the customer liked travel memoirs, descriptions and enjoyed the book "Eat, Pray, Love". I would suggest the book, "Walk in the Woods" by Bill Bryson as he talks about his travels and hikes along the Appalachian trails.
#2 I heard, "Not Twilight" but likes vampires. I would recommend "Blood Oath" by Christopher Farnsworth. Nathaniel Cade is a secret agent for the president and also a vampire. This is the first of the series.
#3 I heard, narrative, historical non-fiction with details, suspense and a fast pace. I would suggest "The Longest Winter" about the Battle of the Bulge and the plight of eighteen men who were captured and survived in German POW camps through the end of the war.
